KITCHEN: In the comfort of this home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with every necessity provided to make delicious home-cooked meals, including baking supplies. This includes an electric tea kettle, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, K-cups, every imaginable utensil, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking sheets and dishes, pots and pans, a full set of dinnerware, children’s dishes, kitchen towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and various spices and other necessities in the cupboard. The dining area comfortably seats 11 people: 6 at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen island. LIVING AREA: A large 65" Smart Roku TV is available in the living room, along with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and access to all your streaming channels! Additionally, there's a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, office chair, lamp, and ample natural light from the windows. In one of the closets, you will find a stack of family-friendly board games. GARAGE: 23' wide x 18' deep will accommodate 2 vehicles. SUPPLIES: Whether you book for one day or a month, and regardless of whether you're staying alone or with the maximum number of guests allowed by house rules, the same limited supply of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials will be provided. HOUSE RULES: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a booking. CHECK-IN is at 4PM and CHECK-OUT is at 10AM. EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Due to cleaning time constraints, any early check-ins or check-outs must be requested through the booking platform at least 24 hours in advance and will incur an additional charge of $20.00 per hour. Late check-outs are normally limited to 2 hours. Late fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged if the cleaner is unable to start on time. PET/ANIMAL POLICY: Registering a pet/animal requires prior pre-approval from the host. We allow 1 dog and charge a pet fee of $85.00 to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties and to cover extra cleaning cost. This fee is required and is paid at the time of booking. No cats or other animals are allowed! Your dog must be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that use pee pads are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or linens in the home and are not to remain in the house unattended unless confined to a crate. Pet owners must abide by all leash laws. All dogs must be leashed when outside the rental and should not disturb neighbors. Dog excretions must be picked up and properly disposed of in a tied, closed, small plastic bag, even in the property areas surrounding the house, such as the backyard, front yard, and sidewalks. Please note that pet/animal fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Any damage caused by a pet/animal will be subject to additional charges. Failure to comply with our pet policy is considered a breach of contract and will result in an automatic $250.00 penalty, in addition to the required pet fee, and any additional expenses necessary to recover the cost of cleaning and restoring the house to its original condition. Furthermore, expedited eviction may occur at Stylish Rentals LLC's sole discretion. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS: Smoking, vaping, or the use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited inside the property or within a 10-foot radius of the premises – NO exceptions. Any violation will result in a $500 penalty. NO PARTIES: Parties or excessive noise that extends beyond the property lot line or disturbs adjacent units, as well as any illegal activity, are strictly prohibited on the premises. A party is defined as any event involving excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or the gathering of unregistered guests after 10 pm. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of the property. NO SHOES: We regularly wash carpets, steam mop hardwood floors, and vacuum carpets after each stay. Therefore, we kindly request that no shoes be worn inside the house to maintain cleanliness. NO CANDLES OR FIREWORKS: Absolutely no candle burning inside the house and no fireworks. QUIET TIME: from 10PM to 7AM and is STRICTLY enforced. ADDITIONAL GUESTS/VISITORS: Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed on the property after 10 pm. If you anticipate any additional guests, please notify us 24 hours in advance. SURVEILLANCE: Exterior of the property is under 24/7 surveillance and recording. MODIFICATIONS: After cancelation period expires, guests can only reschedule once, for the same or higher price, and for the same booking conditions and room type. Date changes are based on your real-time availability, prices, and restrictions. RESERVATIONS OVER 30 DAYS: Reservations lasting more than 30 days are only accepted if guests agree to provide government ID, undergo a comprehensive background/credit check, and sign our Long-Term Guest Agreement. This agreement may require providing additional identification information requested by Stylish Rentals LLC (DBA Idaho Homes 4 Rent). Guests with credit scores between 600 and 670 will be required to furnish a refundable security deposit, while those with scores below 600 will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT: Although instant booking is enabled, please do not book this property if you have any negative reviews. Reservations from guests with even one negative review will not be accepted and will be canceled. MINIMUM AGE: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be canceled. NO SHOES: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly request that no shoes be worn inside the house. Carpets are regularly washed, hardwood floors mopped, and all areas vacuumed after each stay. EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT: Flexibility is important when planning your trip, and we strive to accommodate whenever possible. On days with same-day transitions, early check-ins and late check-outs are limited to 1-2 hours, if we are able to accommodate. Due to time constraints, guests requesting early check-in or late check-out must submit their request through the booking platform at least 24 hours in advance. If we can accommodate, all early check-ins and late check-outs will incur a small fee of $20.00 per hour, per house. Guest access

The property has a coded door lock, so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As our guests you have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked housekeeping/owner closets inside the house. Please do not temper with the locks.
