NO SHOES: Our carpets are regularly washed; all hardwood floors are mopped, and all areas vacuumed after each stay. To maintain cleanliness, we kindly request that NO SHOES be worn inside the house. If carpets or rugs are soiled due to shoe use, additional cleaning fees will apply: $100 per bedroom and $150 per rug. ANIMALS, SERVICE ANIMALS & HEALTH DISCLOSURE: HEALTH & ALLERGY DISCLOSURE: This home is maintained as an animal-free environment due to severe allergies within the owners’ family. While service animals are permitted as required by law, guests who rely on a service animal should carefully consider whether this home is an appropriate fit for their needs. PET POLICY VIOLATION (EXCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS): Any unauthorized pet or animal, other than a verified service animal, constitutes a breach of contract and will incur a $500.00 penalty, may result in expedited eviction, and may include additional costs deemed necessary by Stylish Rentals LLC to clean, remediate, and restore the home to its original condition. SUPPLIES: To help you settle in, we provide a limited, one-time starter supply of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials for every stay, regardless of length or number of guests. This supply is not replenished during your stay, so guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and bring any personal or additional items they may prefer. EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT: Flexibility is important when planning your trip, and we strive to accommodate whenever possible. On days with same-day transitions, early check-ins and late check-outs are limited to 1-2 hours, if we are able to accommodate. Due to time constraints, guests requesting early check-in or late check-out must submit their request through the booking platform at least 24 hours in advance. If we can accommodate, all early check-ins and late check-outs will incur a small fee of $20.00 per hour, per house. A late fee of $65.00 per hour will be charged if the cleaner is unable to start on time. MODIFICATIONS: Guests may reschedule their reservation one time only under the following conditions: • Advance Notice: Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date. • Price and Conditions: The modified reservation must be for the same or higher price, with the same booking conditions and for the same property. • Date Range: The new check-in date must be within 7 days of the original check-in date. • Availability: Date changes are subject to real-time availability, current pricing, and applicable restrictions at the time of modification. Further changes or cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. CANCELLATIONS: • Cancel 30+ days before check-in: full refund, including taxes • Cancel 7–30 days before check-in: 50% refund, including taxes • Cancel < 7 days before check-in: $0 refund, only prorated taxes MINIMUM AGE: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be canceled at the guest’s expense. QUIET TIME: From 10pm to 8am and is STRICTLY enforced. NO PARTIES: Parties or excessive noise that extends beyond the property lot line or disturbs adjacent units, as well as any illegal activity, are strictly prohibited on the premises. A party is defined as any event involving excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or the gathering after 10 pm. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of the property. ADDITIONAL GUESTS/VISITORS: Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed on the property after 10 pm. If you anticipate any additional guests, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any unauthorized guest will be charged a fee of $50.00 per guest, per night. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS: Smoking, vaping, or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited inside the property or within a 10-foot radius of the premises – NO exceptions. Any violation will result in a $500 penalty. Furthermore, expedited eviction may occur at Stylish Rentals LLC's sole discretion. NO CANDLES OR FIREWORKS: Absolutely no candle burning inside the house and no fireworks outside. YARD SERVICES: Yard service is provided weekly during the regular season and will require exterior access during your stay. RESERVATIONS OVER 30 DAYS: As our policy states, reservations lasting more than 30 days are subject to specific requirements: guests must provide a government ID, undergo a background and credit check, and sign our Long-Term Guest Agreement. This agreement may require additional identification as requested by Stylish Rentals LLC (DBA Idaho Homes 4 Rent). If the guest's credit score is between 650 and 700, a refundable security deposit will be required. Unfortunately, guests with credit scores below 650 will not be accepted. To avoid these requirements, guests may book multiple separate reservations, each lasting under 30 days. CLEANING: Housekeeping is mandatory and is provided every two weeks for an extra charge on stays 28 nights or longer.

My husband and I have stayed at Yuriy & Olga’s place before, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Their home is consistently clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. This stay was just as enjoyable as our previous visit, and that consistency is something we really appreciate. The space is peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We would absolutely stay with them again and highly recommend their place to anyone. They truly care about their guests.

Yuriy and Olga are excellent hosts! Their home is well-stocked and comfortable, making it very easy to settle in for a longer stay. We found the kitchen and layout and amenities perfect for cooking and taking care of our family. They were very flexible and accommodating with our requests, and communication was always prompt. The area is lovely and conveniently located near plenty of shops. A great experience overall!

The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is clean and organized. Lots of games available for kids to stay entertained. Comfy beds if you like memory foam. The shower heads are pretty low for tall people, but the head comes off like a handheld sprayer also, so it worked out. Lots of stuff to do nearby. Overall we loved how clean it was and the convenience of the location. Would stay there again for sure

You will not be disappointed with Yuriy and Olga’s place. This place was absolutely spotless. Being a bit OCD ourselves we appreciated that. Well, situated in a very nice neighborhood with access to restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. I would highly recommend their place, you will not be disappointed.
